Dimorphodon was a pterosaur, or flying reptile of the early Jurassic was a poor flier compared to later pterosaurs like Pteranodon and tended to clamber about on four legs. It had a long, stiff tail and a large head. Dimorphodon means “two-form tooth” because it had teeth of two different modern reptiles, Dimorphodon was probably warm-blooded.
